Marketing Specialist
What You’ll Do
Content Development & Campaign Execution
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as decks and proposals in collaboration with the business development team.
- Coordinate, edit, and publish blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers to support brand positioning and lead generation.
- Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and visual identity.
Digital Channel Management
- Manage and maintain organic social media channels, including content scheduling, publishing, and engagement tracking.
- Support paid campaign efforts with creative asset development and performance coordination as needed.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring timely publication of case studies, blog posts, and service pages.
Marketing Operations & CRM Support
- Partner with the Sales team and Founders to maintain marketing-related workflows and dashboards in HubSpot.
- Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of leads within the CRM to support campaign segmentation and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on lead engagement and pipeline contribution.
Sales & Brand Support
- Maintain a library of up-to-date marketing materials including RFP templates, sales decks, and collateral.
- Coordinate ongoing marketing programs such as the blog pipeline, industry award submissions, and speaking opportunities - ensuring each program stays on schedule and aligns with broader marketing goals.
- Coordinate the creation of visual and video content to support events, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
Event & Vendor Coordination
- Plan and promote webinars, industry events, and trade shows to build brand awareness.
- Liaise with external vendors such as designers, video editors, and printers to manage asset production and timelines.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across both short and long-form content.
- Experience managing organic social media and email marketing programs.
- Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with event planning, vendor management, and campaign coordination is a plus.
- Understanding of performance marketing or digital advertising is a plus.
